Security forces kill Hizbul, LeT militants, heres how it happened

The Indian security forces have scored yet another major success.

In the ongoing counter-insurgency operations in Jammu and Kashmir, the forces were able to neutralize six terrorists.

The encounter is said to have taken place in Kapran Batagund area of Shopian district.

Security forces later revealed that of the six killed, four belonged to the Hizbul Mujahideen and two belonged to the Lashkar-e-Taiba.

What is crucial is to note that Hizbul commander Umar Majeed Ganaie alias Hanzalla, whose selfie in front of Ghanta Ghar at Lal Chowk in Jammu and Kashmir’s Srinagar surfaced last week, was also among those killed.

The killed terrorists have been identified as Mushtaq Ahmad Mir, Mohammad Abbas Bhatt, Umar Majeed Ganaie, Mohd Waseem Wagay, Khalid Farooq Mali and one terrorist is learned to be a foreigner from Pakistan.
