Shooting at YouTube HQ leaves three injured; attacker woman ‘kills self’

The shooter, identified later as California based, shot herself and died.

Yet another case of shooting emerged in United States of America and this time a woman, later identified as Nasim Aghdam is said to have opened fire in the campus of the California based Google’s YouTube office.

Police sources said that while the shooting wounded three, others were warned on time so that they fled the spot to a safe location.

The shooter, identified later as California based, shot herself and died.

San Bruno Police Chief Ed Barberini said three gunshot victims, and a fourth person hurt running from the attack, were transported Tuesday afternoon to local hospitals.

The attacker found at the scene appeared to be dead of “a self-inflicted” gunshot wound, it was informed.
It is not yet clear as to what could have been the motive of the shooting.

The shooting incident however has other ramifications as in security around the Silicon Valley would now need to be tightened.

The 39-yr-old attacker is believed to have carried out attack because of a domestic dispute, it is now being claimed by the law enforcement officials.

YouTube CEO Sundar Pichai, of Indian Origin, issued a statement that the company is working closely with local authorities and hospitals.
