Sunjuwan military station attack probe; three terrorists infiltrated from Pak
Indian Army has finally been able to locate the origins of the three heavily-armed Jaish-e-Mohammad (JeM) terrorists who carried out the audacious attack on Sunjuwan military camp in Jammu.
The Army sources claimed that these men may have infiltrated into Kashmir from Pakistan in June last year.
rmy, in its preliminary investigation, figured that three terrorists were hiding in various parts of Jammu and Kashmir for the past seven months and were looking out for an opportune time to attack.
It need be recalled that the attack led to martyrdom of six Army personnel and death of a civilian as well.
The sources said immediate steps are being taken to ensure that such attacks do not recur.
Army sources said full freedom has been given to local commanders of the army along the Line of Control in Jammu and Kashmir to effectively retaliate any act of violence by Pakistani troops.>
