Sunny Leone Fans in limbo; Bengaluru show wud or won’t happen; heres latest
As new year’s eve fast approaches, the fans of Sunny Leone in Bengaluru continue to be in a limbo as to whether they will be able to enjoy the performance of their favorite movie star.
This because the pro-Kanadda groups have expressed apprehension of offence to Kanadda culture due to her presence in the new year program.
However, even as the administration failed to provide any assurances to organizers of the event, the organizers had to go to Karnataka High Court.
The Karnataka High Court has directed the city police commissioner T Suneel Kumar to consider an application from organizers of an event that would include actress Sunny Leone on New Year’s eve.
Hearing a petition by the organisers which accuses city police of discrimination in granting permissions, judge B Veerappa issued the directions and disposed of the petition asking the police to pass the orders on or before December 25.
The event, which created a major controversy, had earlier been denied permission by the police earlier forcing the organizer to approach the court. >
