Supreme Court to hear on regulation of ‘app based cab services’

While the ‘app based cab services’ have indeed made life easier in the hustle and bustle of cities, there have been many controversies as well that have emerged in recent past.

Thus the Supreme Court has agreed to hear a petition asking to regulate these services.

The Supreme Court has now asked the central government as to how these services can be regulated.

The central government has until December 7 to reply to the Supreme Court. It needs to be mentioned that Uber services has recently been banned in London.
