Tripura CM advises youngsters to open enterprises instead of chasing govt jobs

aid that this would be a terrible waste of time for the youngsters

The Tripura Chief Minister Biplab Deb, whose statements have been making national news lately, now has reportedly advised the youth that they can go ahead and set up paanshops instead of running after political parties for several years to get government jobs.

He said that this would be a terrible waste of time for the youngsters.

Probably hinting at the need of the youth to become self-employed, he said that they can start various projects even in animal rearing and breeding centers because of the bank loans under the Prime Minister’s Mudra scheme.

The Chief Minister also mentioned that milking cows is another of the great employment option.

While speaking at a seminar organised by the Tripura Veterinary Council, Mr Deb said any unemployed youth, with a minimum of Rs. 75, 000 borrowed from the bank and little effort, can easily earn at least Rs. 25,000 per month.

The Chief Minister believes narrow-minded ideas like graduates cannot opt for farming or start poultry are the reasons behind unemployment.

Tripura CM Biplab Deb has only just come out of the controversy with his remarks against former Miss World Diana Hayden.
