The case of explosives being sent to a wedding party in Bolangir of Odisha has now been traced to Raipur in Chhattisgarh.
It need be mentioned that a parcel had been sent in the wedding reception of Soumya Shekhar Sahu and Reema Sahu but it exploded leading to death of groom and three others of the family.
bride Reema is said to be in grave condition in a hospital
Now Bolangir police have traced the parcel to Raipur but the probe may now have been stuck due to some reason.
It is now learnt from police sources that the parcel had been dispatched from Fafadih based Sikai Courier but the police have so far been able to figure out a name Ashish Sharma.
The parcel had been booked by this person, as per courier company records, police claimed.
But there is no further leads in the case as the personal details or other relevant information is now missing.
Even the CCTV of the courier company is said to have developed a snag.
Police may have been stuck now in its probe but it is said that deceased groom Soumya Shekhar Sahu had worked for some time in Chhattisgarh.
The police now hopes to scan through those angles and reach to the culprit.
Bolangir police is also probing the call details of the Soumya Shekhar and might further make inquiries based on that information.
