In Dunda,a village in Chhattisgarh school students are struggling hard for saying no to wine shops near their school premises as it makes a bad impact.

This blog is being prepared by us to inform people about wine shops.
so to start with is wine a legal or an illegal substance?
let us make it clear- what is wine?
Wine word is derived from a latin word vinum-it is an alcoholic beverage made from grapes, generally Vitis vinifera, fermented without the addition of sugars, acids, enzymes, water, or other nutrients.

just to inform the process of opening a beer shop includes-
Alcohol Laws of India
Labeling rules
Food Safety and Standards (Packaging and Labeling) Regulation established by FSSA
State to state laws and regulations
Licenses for a Wine shop :
Trade License
Liquor License
License from the Excise Department
No Objection Certificate(NOC) needs to be procured from the authorities (like Police department)

every state has its own boundaries and restrictions for opening a wine shop and its consumption.
talking about chhattisgarh-adults are allowed to consume this substance legally and no wine shop could be opened near schools and places of worship according to the instructions of the court. The Supreme Court on December 15, 2016 banned issue of licence for sale of liquor on national and state highways.

The Chhattisgarh Excise (Amendment) Bill, 2017 was cleared by the assembly after division of votes.
The state government of c.g. decided to grant bar license only to and three star and above hotels in future, the license process of all the existing bars will remain unchanged.

talking about the current scenario it dosen’t sound good that these shops are open late nights, many states have banned wine shops but the point is restriction creates attraction so nothing should be banned but should be bounded to a liability accordingly.
Recent case of dunda a school is protesting since 2 weeks for not opening the wine shop near their school, all the teachers as well as students think that it creates a bad atmosphere in the outskirts. women are working hard so that their children could study and they do not want any bad influence around them.
even after the attacks the women are not setting back and this is powerful.
we are not against the wine shops but are with these women to strengthen them for their move.
