‘Woman suicide bomber’ detained in Kashmir!!; to be handed over to family
Much hyped ‘woman suicide bomber’ who was apprehended in Kashmir may have fallen prey to false propaganda on how the ‘Kashmiri people’ are suffering.
The woman, an 18-yr-old, traveled from Pune to join in the Islamic State in Kashmir, got detained there and eventually the security agencies have now decided to hand her over to her family.
The woman identified as Sadiya Anwar Shaikh, was staying in Bijbehara as a paying guest, police informed.
She was subjected to extensive questioning and it turned out that she has radical thoughts and was actively pursuing on social media sites as to how the people in Kashmir ‘are being victimized’.
The state police has got in touch with her mother and aunt and she will be handed over to them as there is no case pending against the detained woman either in Kashmir or in Maharashtra.
It was a case of misinterpreting an intelligence input by the Jammu and Kashmir police who were informed by central security agencies that a Pune-based woman, who was detained on various occasions by the ATS Pune, had shifted her base to the Valley and that surveillance needs to be mounted.
Meanwhile, the woman’s mother refuted all the charges leveled against her daughter and said she will not believe the claims of security agencies until she talks to her.>
